The program combines online and in-person training, case studies, videos, motion graphics, simulations, role-playing, assessment, and tools for self-analysis and continuous improvement. In addition to individual learning, it includes specific training for trainers and a structured process for transferring the model to the operational aspects of healthcare facilities.
